HOST THE GALLERY - FAQ's

  • How much space is required?
    To host the Gallery, you simply need to offer the space to do so. We have a full Gallery, consisting of 30 panels and 60 photographs, or we can provide "mini-Galleries" consisting of fewer panels. The Gallery configuration is highly flexible and we can show you various ways the Gallery can be set up.

  • Will my staff be needed to set up the Gallery?
    No, Heart Gallery staff and volunteers will completely set up the Gallery. We simply need access to the building.

  • Is security or staffing required?
    We require for the Gallery to be in a secure location indoors, however no special security or staffing is required.

  • How long does the Gallery display at a venue?
    Typically, the Gallery stays at each venue for 6 to 8 weeks.

  • Who should I talk to about potentially hosting the Gallery?
