HOST THE GALLERY - FAQ's How much space is required? To host the Gallery, you simply need to offer the space to do so. We have a full Gallery, consisting of 30 panels and 60 photographs, or we can provide "mini-Galleries" consisting of fewer panels. The Gallery configuration is highly flexible and we can show you various ways the Gallery can be set up. Will my staff be needed to set up the Gallery? No, Heart Gallery staff and volunteers will completely set up the Gallery. We simply need access to the building. Is security or staffing required? We require for the Gallery to be in a secure location indoors, however no special security or staffing is required. How long does the Gallery display at a venue?
